OrderKiosk is the self-service ordering app for use with our SamTouch and SamTouchOffice systems, using either a 15", 21.5", 27" or 32" touchscreen kiosk with either a counter-top stand, wall bracket or a floor stand. The kiosk can include an integrated receipt/ticket printer and EFT card payment device providing a complete customer-friendly automated ordering solution.
OrderKiosk is ideal for fast food take-aways and similar operations who wish to enhance the customer experience, increase sales throughput and productivity at busy times and reduce staff costs and associated risks.
The OrderKiosk self-service app can be configured with your logo, branding, corporate colours, menu items with images, advertising images and features for product options, modifiers, condiments, meal deals and promotions.
OrderKiosk is set up to link to your kitchen printers, kitchen video systems and order collection display screens.
The Setup Fee of £650-00 is a one-off initial payment to customise the self-service ordering app with your business branding and details and your food and drinks menus and integrate it with the SamTouchOffice back office system.
No kiosk hardware is included - separate purchase required.

OrderKiosk Requirements
* There is an annual OrderKiosk subscription fee of £285 per kiosk payable in advance each year.
* You will need to purchase compatible
Sam4s Astra or
iMin Crane kiosk hardware from us to operate the OrderKiosk app.
* You will need to sign up to a Teya, DoJo or eMerchantPay merchant account through ourselves for card payment processing for a minimum 6 month contract term. If you choose virtual payments then at least 1 physical card machine will need to be added to your merchant account. If you have an existing account that may be used subject to conditions. If you sign up to a new account elsewhere then additional fees will apply for our integration work and support.
* You will also require at least 1 conventional SamTouch POS system from our
Sam4s SamTouch based systems and an associated SamTouchOffice cloud subscription.
