WINDOWS FASHION POS SYSTEMS
Our Windows Fashion EPoS systems are based on the Wasp QuickStore software, and do not require cloud connection to use. The Standard edition of QuickStore provides comprehensive pos functions, a range of sales and accounting reports, gift certificate receipts, a customer database, stock control and label printing (with optional barcode label printer). You can optionally upgrade to the Professional edition which provides for staff timekeeping, contract pricing (to store agreed prices for each customer), special orders, quotations and multiple price levels (ideal for distributors).
With our Windows-based EPoS systems, the programs and your data are stored locally on your pos equipment, 100% under your control.
With the Wasp QuickStore Enterprise edition software, multiple branches may be linked together (via nightly updates) to synchronise stock levels and obtain consolidated reports. This requires an internet connection and FTP storage access.
SUPPORT SERVICES: With our Windows-based Fashion POS systems, the package includes our services for setting up the POS software, a remote training session and remote support by phone and email for 1 year.
ANDROID FASHION POS SYSTEMS
Our Android Fashion EPoS systems are cloud-based and use the popular LoyVerse app which provides comprehensive and easy-to-use POS functions and a cloud Back Office control panel with live sales reporting. Your products can be barcode scanned, selected on menu buttons (with picture or text), or you can use the Search feature. You can apply discounts, print or email sales receipts, auto-update stock levels, add/edit products and prices as required and obtain various sales and accounting reports.
Our LoyVerse EPoS till systems support fashion styles allowing you to specify different sizes and colours as 'Variations' for a particular product, such as clothing, shoes or accessories, each with its own barcode and a different price if required. Product barcode label printing and purchase ordering is also available with the optional Advanced Stock Management module.
The standard version of LoyVerse is free for life - there are no ongoing monthly or annual fees to ever pay. There are also advanced enhanced features which do require a monthly subscription fee - LoyVerse offers Advanced Stock Management (purchasing, stock transfers, label printing etc), optional integration to various third-party apps such as accounts packages (Quickbooks, Xero) and integrated card payment processing (SumUp, Paypal Zettle). For retail stores, LoyVerse integration is available for eBay & Amazon online stores and with your eCommerce website if it is based on WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, Lazada, SquareSpace or Magento.
With our Android-based EPoS systems, the programs and your data are stored on a cloud database on remote servers. There are features to Export sales data locally.
LoyVerse supports multiple branches with the Advanced Stock Management module (subscription required), allowing stock to be centrally managed and transferred to other branch locations, and to obtain branch sales reports.
SUPPORT SERVICES: With our Android-based LoyVerse systems we provide remote hardware support for assisting in set up of equipment supplied by us for 1 year. Software support for setting up the LoyVerse app with your business details, products & services and usage support is provided online-only via the LoyVerse Help portal which includes a 264-page manual, video tutorials and help articles on various tasks and 24/7 Online Chat.
