Support is provided free by email and telephone to all customers for a period of 90 days within the provisions of our standard Terms. After the free period, Extended Support Contracts are available for purchase, please contact us for details and pricing.

If technicians are busy with other customers, please log your query details and an available technician will respond to you as soon as possible.

Please note our support service is NOT a substitute for reading the manufacturers User Guide or booking a training session - we cannot provide full programming or training courses by telephone. The support service is to assist with specific queries on setting up or using a product.
